Tiffany is a thoughtful and thorough attorney. She has had the opportunity to work with individuals, entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, and in-house counsel, and her experience extends across multiple industries, from the fast-paced worlds of hospitality and entertainment to the intricate realms of financial services, consumer goods, and real estate.

Before establishing Miao Law LLC, Tiffany practiced at a prominent law firm in New York and served as a law clerk in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York. Tiffany graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Prior to practicing law, Tiffany was a chef and restaurant manager in Los Angeles, California.

Tiffany leverages her hospitality background and large law firm training to assist her clients in navigating complex challenges and discovering creative solutions. Tiffany is also committed to community and public service work. She volunteers at pro bono clinics and with her neighborhood food pantry and local animal rescue organizations.
